Just upgraded from Win7 64 Beta 7000 to RC1 7100 last night and I can confirm this isn't working yet.
Luckily I have plenty of other WinXP machines around to do maintenance with, but it's still an inconvenience.
EDIT
There's always copying to the card via a reader and using the onboard browser to move it where you want it as well.
