How many Dingoo's Do you think Have been Sold So Far?

And will they keep making them? or just make a "updated" model of the dingoo?

I think the factory is able to produce 10,000 per month. I dont know when it was released though. I would reckon in the region of 30,000 to 40,000 so far.

I would say around 10,000 people world wide own an a320.

Personally, I reakon 20k-30k have been sold, but that's just a guess. I would like to know how many exactly though...

That's depend on how many people know dingo.
In Taiwan, only a few person know this product, so I think about less than 1000 here.
but Globally may be more than 10000 :D
