no scan lines or tearing on genesis emulator thru TV out?

It's true. It actually looks and runs fairly decent with the overclock on. Anyone with knowledge on this kind of thing have an idea why it doesn't translate well to the dingoo's screen?

I don't have my dingoo yet so I don't know. I keep hearing about how bad the genesis emulator is so thanks for the good news

I am not a coder but it looks like the emulator doesnt refresh properly or write to the screen correctly on the Dingoo. When its transferred to the TV out it bypasses the screen and shows correctly.
