So I apologize for delays in replies and shipments to everyone between working half days and the family and my recovery from this it has been alot of fun. Not too mention customs in Chicago and NYC are slowing down our shipments from our vendors in China and Korea.
If that wasn't enough Sofia of Dingoo Digital China informed me from Oct 1st to 8th, 2009 is the Fall Festival in China so no shipments of new products can be shipped out till then. Since the review on ByteJacker.com we have been blasted with order and not enough product to fill all the orders coming in.
We finally got our Screen Protectors, 3D D-Pad Mod, and Silicon Gloves in from Chicago Customs so they are beginning to ship out now. I do apologize for any inconvience that this causes but there might be delays till we can get more product in and shipped out to those of you waiting on items.
As always we pride ourselves in Customer Service and being honest with everyone that does business with us. So please bear with us in this difficult time again sheesh who knew owning a small business would be so damn hard and fufilling at the same time.
It's definately not about the money I can tell you that for sure Jenny from Dingoo UK can atest to that there isn't any real money making with this wonderful PMP it's more about getting it known and supporting the community. Maybe when it's well known it will be about the money but not right now
