There is a link to mark the toppics "read". But does it work for you? Every time I click on it, nothing happens? I'm using FireFox 3.XX and Linux.

Hmm, it works for me, just like the button "mark forums read" on the index page. FF3 and Win XP :oops:
MAybe you have cookies disabled?

Strange, now it works for me. But I have never tried the index-page....
