I just reset it and doesn't get stuck anymore in the hidden menu. :)

It still gets stuck every now and then with me.

Awesome! I'm playing Chrono Trigger mostly, runs great at frameskip 3. Indeed, I have most of my games on Frameskip 1 or 0.
