Hey there,

i recently read the news and i saw that google ported his Android Plattform to MIPS Architecture.

So what about to initiate a Port to our lovely Dingoo?

It would actually be pretty nice i think, dunno what apps are there though... But it would get a lot of attention.

chrome is WAY heavier than dingux and since it is a web-oriented OS, there's little advantage in porting it... it's made for netbooks... don't waste programming skills on it (porting a PDF reader to dingoo would be more useful)

who said anything about chrome?

android would surely be possible with some work, but i dont really see the point. maybe im missing something.

in fact, chrome and android are like windows and windows mobile... they have some similarities...
