White and Black Dingo order 21,05.2009 in DX

White Dingo orginal soft 1.1 new lcd controler (LCD crash if update OLD recovery tool)
Black Dingoo orginal soft 1.03 old controler LCD

White and Black update to 1.1 PL version (white using new official recovery tool) .

Err..

The LCD driver is different, maybe the quality is different too, i think.

I thought the maximum is 240000 when the battery is charged? The white one got more?

Yes, but what is the point of posting the photos? There is no way to tell if any perceived differences in the quality of the screens are a result of the screens themselves or the photographs.

its most likely the photo's, seeing something as lite as this against a black Dingoo will give it more contrast than against a white one. I'm pretty sure that changing the LCD driver module will have little to no effect on the actual LCD.

Could you take a picture from the side so we can see if the d-pads are the same height? Some people say they're different.

Actually, if you put them face-to-face it would be really easy to see if they both touch each other's face or not.

The d-pad update apparently happened when the black one was released. Given that the black one is the older model here it wouldn't really provide proof of a d-pad upgrade.

DealExtreme is out of the black ones. Maybe there will be a new batch with the "1.1" software.
