D-Pad down is problematic

Postby capt_bugaloo on Sat Sep 12, 2009 3:31 pm

Good day:
I have a white Dingoo A320 with firmware 1.1. I've noticed that the D-pad on my Dingoo has a problem: the 'down' direction often pulls to the left, and occasionally to the right. For games such as driving, the problem is unnoticeable because the down isn't used much. However, for other games, such as Tetris, the game becomes close to unplayable.

If I use the down slowly and deliberately, the problem is not as obvious.

Any suggestions other than try to do a return..?

I have a similar problem with the up key, sometimes it presses left too. Doesn´t bother me though.
No suggestions from me, sorry. :)
